Community support & housing

A stable place to stand while the next chapter takes shape.

Providence Horizons Inc. builds stable housing and real pathways to independence — for young adults aging out of foster care, and for other adults navigating significant life transitions.

Transitional housing

Supportive residential housing for young adults aging out of foster care, designed around stability, life-skills growth, and a clear path toward independent living. Residents are supported through education milestones, daily living skills, and coordinated next steps as they move into adulthood.

Behavioral health support

A support layer woven through our housing and workforce programs alike. Today, this works through intake and referral coordination — connecting residents and participants with the right behavioral health resources from day one. Over time, this layer will grow alongside the organization, including dedicated on-site support as our programs expand.

Workforce development

Job-readiness training, employer connections, and structured eLearning cohorts that build real, transferable skills. This programming serves residents directly, and is also offered as a community resource for adults outside our housing programs who are pursuing job training, placement support, or skill-building cohorts of their own.

Adult housing alternatives

A parallel housing division serving fully grown adults facing significant life transitions — offering the same standard of stable, supportive housing as our youth programs, in a separate setting designed around adult needs. This division grows alongside our core mission, extending the same model of stability to a broader population.
